How do I get rid of Love Handles?

Love Handles.  The annoying bit of fat that sits just about the waist and ruins your V-taper.  Love Handles are the first to come and the last to go, and require plenty of work.  First off a sounds nutrtion plan and exercise regime is essential. 

You need to keep your calories below maintenance level, and get plenty of complex carbs and protein to begin eating away at those love handles.  natural Fruits, Vegetables and lean mea tlike Chicken and Fish avoid all the harmful substances that can prevent weight loss.  But Love handles require more than just good eating, they need to be forcfully burned off.  High intensity cardio like interval training is the best method for acieving this.  It burns fat more effectively then any other form of exercise.    Maintaining muscle with weightlifting is another way to keep you metabolism running high, avoiding the return of those love handles. 

Beyond action is metnal attitude and discipline.  Keep yourself motivated and don;t give up.  If you dont follow through, the love handles will never leave.  Watch motivating movies, listen to motivating music, and you will be constantly read to do what it takes to remove those love handles.
